So when I read the front page teaser on this story, I assumed the danger inherent in hot dogs was the putrifying animal parts scooped off the slaughterhouse floor and smooshed into meatishness. (It's a word. Remember to give me credit when Oxford includes it in its next edition.)

I was wrong -- the story is about choking dangers to kids. But it still gives me an excuse to show this educational albeit nasty video.
